Topsund M20 is a coordinated DC48V four-wire magnetic track platform, bringing track profiles, power supplies, compatible lighting modules and control options together in one architectural lighting system.
Choose from surface-mounted, suspended, trimless and recessed-with-trim installations. Lighting modules and control methods can be selected to match different architectural and project requirements.

M20 system components overview
POWER DISTRIBUTION
The SD-10048 compact power supply can be arranged inside a compatible M20A track in the illustrated configuration. It is not shown as an external wall-mounted driver.
An external 48V supply may be planned for other project layouts. The selected track profile, total luminaire load, electrical protection and control architecture determine the final power arrangement.
Typical path: AC input → selected 48V power supply → track power conductors → compatible luminaires.

DALI-BASED M20 CONFIGURATIONS
For compatible M20 DALI luminaires, two conductors carry 48V DC power and two carry the DALI bus. Addressing, grouping and scenes depend on the selected luminaire drivers and project controller.
DALI bus power must be provided by a suitable supply or by a control device with integrated bus power. KNX building control connects through a compatible KNX-to-DALI gateway.
Protocol support and formal third-party certification are distinct claims; confirm device-level documentation for each project.

They are four installation profiles within the M20 magnetic track family: surface/suspended, trimless recessed, trimless 12 mm clip-in, and recessed with visible trim. Select the profile according to the ceiling structure and finishing method.
Yes. M20C is the clip-in trimless profile designed for 12 mm thick ceiling panels. Its technical drawing also includes local profile dimensions, which are not substitutes for the specified board thickness.
Compatible modules within the specified M20 system can be coordinated on the same track. Confirm electrical loading, track accessories and chosen luminaire versions before finalizing the layout.
No. Available control methods depend on the specific luminaire driver and system configuration. Select and verify control-compatible versions before ordering.
The illustrated SD-10048 compact power supply can be placed inside compatible M20A configurations. Other power arrangements require a project-specific review of track type, layout and electrical loading.
Do not assume cross-brand magnetic track compatibility. The mechanical interface, conductor layout, power architecture and control arrangement must be verified together.
